I am a past client of this provider He would rather have a nurse or aide help him in the shower for his own privacy so they helped him with that. I liked the lady that I dealt with. Her name was Sonia, and we had a conversation about people we knew in common. She was kind and helped us get people that fit our needs. I felt like she did a really good job and was very apologetic about the first caregiver not coming. She did her best for us.

I am a current client of this provider They don't have much to do so I don't need a lot of help. I need help going to the grocery store and taking out the garbage. I have been through two horrible people to get one decent one with Synergy.

I am a past client of this provider I don't have anyone to help me so it was critical that I had them help me after my procedure. The caregiver had experience with the doctor's office so that made things easy.
