I am a past client of this provider They provided a good person, so they did some good work on determining the right type of person that we needed. It's the fact that, in my mind, they provided what I'll call above and beyond. They actively engaged with my mother-in-law, as well as her special-needs daughter. Engage meaning conversation, games, and reading with the daughter. None of that was part of the initial package.
I am a current client of this provider I've been using SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton for six to eight weeks now. It's working pretty well, but I've had to put them on hold this past week and a half. The only drawback for me is, I need to be there to supervise them because I don't always get the same person. They only come once a week, and it's not a consistent thing, but everybody they've sent has been just great and following directions and doing what I ask.
