We had a good interview with the company. It wasn't a good fit for us at this time. The price was on the high end. We wished you guys had a discount for Veterans.We will keep you in mind if we need you in the future. We did decide to go with a company that was closer to us. Thank you for your time.
I hired Synergy home care to do wellness checks on my spouse while I was out of town for several days on two separate occasions. Friendly staff arrived as expected and worked with my wife very professionally. Will hire again, as needed.
Synergy was good and bad. Very expensive. Some workers are excellent, some are not. They helped the first day I called
They really came through, I had both mother in law and wife in hospital, and mother in being released, I couldn't take care I needed help and this organization really came through. They fed her and care for her while my loving wife was in hospital. They were a godsend. I couldn't have gotten through with out their help, this was right after the hurricane, I was in a real pickle

I am very pleased with synergy. Love the caregivers they send over and the flexibility. They come to my house and they don't have a minimum no. of hours I have to guarantee them. I'm very satisfied. Highly recommend them.
