I am a current client of this provider I wouldn't know what to do without them, as I just got out of therapy for breaking my foot. I am learning to walk again, and that is hard being 85. I just fell this morning and the caregiver heard me fall as she thought I was sleeping, but I was just watching TV in the other room. So I had to press the button around my neck and even my grocery delivery guy who showed up around that time tried to help me, but we had to get 911 to help me up. I am a current client of this provider I wouldn't be able to function without them. The caregivers help me throughout the day I wouldn't be able to get up, get in my chair, and function without with them. I like that they're very personable and they're very good at what they do.

I am a past client of this provider They always had someone available. If someone dropped out, they filled the position. I liked that we could leave the services at any time.

I am a current client of this provider She goes to the store when I need her to. They could inform the client when they can't send the aide.

I am a current client of this provider I had them in here to watch him so I could go on a trip. He has a traumatic brain injury and does not have a filter, so he says things that are not nice. I was two hours out of town when I started getting phone calls about it and he did not get his compression hose on his legs the right way. He looked wild and crazy when I came in and he was struggling when I was gone. I was not happy with it and they did not bother to call me and ask me about things. I am a past client of this provider The agency needs better follow-through from management like a drop-in to check. They are too many people in the office that think they are managers.
