I am a current client of this provider I had them in here to watch him so I could go on a trip. He has a traumatic brain injury and does not have a filter, so he says things that are not nice. I was two hours out of town when I started getting phone calls about it and he did not get his compression hose on his legs the right way. He looked wild and crazy when I came in and he was struggling when I was gone. I was not happy with it and they did not bother to call me and ask me about things. I am a past client of this provider The agency needs better follow-through from management like a drop-in to check. They are too many people in the office that think they are managers.
