The previous review left for this business could not be farther from the truth. The owner of Synergy HomeCare of the **************** is an amazing, compassionate and caring owner. She only has one rule about clients and their care... she expects clients to be kind and respectful to the caregivers provided through her buisness. The client in the previous review was intentionally and blatently disrespectful, lied to her family member about declining care, and was actually terminated from services for this reason. As a legal guardian (voluntary) to a disabled sibling and someone who has experience in social services,,I have concerns about this business.I would not recommend it.The CEO is very unprofessional ,talks fast over you and does not listen to concerns and becomes combative to the client and guardian overseeing their clients care,instead of listening.Also,we never received the client Bill of Rights,and other pertinent information.This has caused some unnecessary stress.The CEO **** does not seem to have a clear understanding of... read more
