I am a current client of this provider The caregiver is like part of the family. She is reliable and she will come even if she is not scheduled. I like that the caregiver is reliable.

I am a current client of this provider They come and take care of my mom. She has a unique disease and they listen and follow up with the instructions that I give them. I like how they are very prompt and very organized.

I am a current client of this provider They could encourage more arts and crafts. They should put the same thing on television all the time. A lot of the time, they put on what they want to watch rather than what my mom wants to watch. We should be able get a better match. If the client wants one caregiver on a long term basis they should try to match that. That is really important especially for memory cases.

I am a current client of this provider They are pretty good but when you need someone quickly they try to get someone but can't always find someone. I am one that needs help quickly. I like to keep the same people every time.

I am a current client of this provider They help with bathing him because my mom can't do things by herself, and I have to work. They are not alone, which makes me feel comfortable. I really would like them to know how to take their vitals.

I am a current client of this provider It would be helpful if I had permission to communicate with the caregivers on a more personal basis. They could improve the communication. They are very attentive and helpful. My problem is that it is so different having to go directly to the office for everything. I am used to communicating with the caregivers and that is hard for me to adjust to. They just need to improve the communication.
