From the very initial contact, all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. There was no guess work. Everything was open, honest and up front. The direction I received for things to do to improve our credit scores and to get in line for qualifying for a loan were spot on. If Tad wasn't available, one of his team members were. Wendy, the receptionist was always friendly, pleasant and helpful. I just couldn't say enough positive about everyone.
