We all worked on refinancing over the holidays and even though Tad and his partner Bradly were on vacation, they answered emails an/or phone calls within a reasonable time frame to help us. We really appreciated all of their support in the process. I would‚Äôve preferred to have less paperwork but I do not think that‚Äôs anything they can control. üòâ
