The survey wasn't really about Tammy, more so on the overall process. My clients are older and don't do online anything and the entire process required to be and do everything online. Another option is required for those who aren't online. This added so much un needed stress on all parties.

If it had been completed in less time, that would have been great. If you take on so much business, you need to be able to service them or send them elsewhere. For a re-fi to take almost 3 months is crazy.
