Like a factory. Some of the technicians are nice, but most can't understand basic English. Last time I was there the owner was yelling at the girl doing my pedicure. I couldn't understand what he was saying to her, but I could tell he was making her feel bad. It was really awkward. Not a comfortable place. It's an in and out kind of spot. They don't make you feel special at all.
