Yesterday Dr. Raffoul at Tampa Palms Dentistry performed step one of the process to replace two old crowns, side-by-side. I dreaded this but knew it had to be done. My biggest angst concerned the pain of the needle going into my jaw to deliver the numbing agent. Dr. Raffoul and his assistant were sympathetic to my fear and were as gentle and reassuring as they could be. What an Amazing practice! Have been seen and treated by both Dr. Raffoul and Dr. Georges and both are so caring, understanding and non judgemental in there prartice of dentistry! My first visit was full of fear and anxiety because of what my childhood experience with dentist had been but from the first visit I was assured that no matter how bad the situation was I would be able to get through this and I would be able to smile again. Dr. Georges Raffoul provides the most comprehensive and comfortable dental experience. As a person that has dental anxiety this is by far the most relaxing and safe feeling dental practice I have ever went to for dental work. My family found the pricing to be honest and fair. The staff (Jass, Olta and Lala) are careful and communicative. I feel as if I am a cared member of their family and when your scared or hurt that is just what is needed. I highly suggest this dental practice.
I don’t post much but felt this was one with sharing. For this e of you that know me I don’t do doctors, Dentist included. The staff here from the receptionist to the doctor went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and help me make it through. I had extreme pin and called today to see if they could squeeze me in as the pain was just to unbearable. I just love my teeth family at Tampa palms dentistry located on Bruce b downs!!!!! The staff is awesome very informative and comforting when you need it, everyone is well prepared and knowledgeable of all procedures and the processes . Dr George is the best no lie I call him my dental dad lol he relieved my of both my wisdoms in less the 15 mins top!!! Legit okay!!!
