Sadly, I do not recommend. We have had three emergency situations since becoming a patient 4.5 years ago. They are never able to work a sick pet in for at least 4 days and always advise to go to an emergency clinic. Their schedule should allow for sick patients and unfortunately, they won’t accommodate emergencies. I also have had to wait a minimum of 1-1.5 hours for each appointment.
I have been up late replaying the tape of how our visit to this vet went over and over for several days now. I wanted to think all the way through it before leaving any sort of review because I have never written a review for an establishment before. First, I will say their vet techs were very nice. They seemed invested and caring from the start. The woman who works at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and caring. I was the doctor that suggested you hold your cat and say your goodbyes, and when you expressed desire to keep trying other options, our attending doctor (who has been practicing for 18 years) came in to continue providing options for you. I came to this clinic 6 years ago, and Dr. styles was amazing. She did not have to restrain my pug, or choke him to give him vaccines :( . She was very warm and inviting and was my doctor every since. :( The new lead in this clinic and her tall overweight lady vet tech are not very professional at all. The vet Tech was very unprofessional choked my 6 year old pug until he was coughing trying to breath. Cut half of his nails and refused to do the rest.
