This company operates completely fraudulently. They will have you sign a contract without doing any kind of research whether or not they can actually provide the service. Avoid this place like the plague.
Tonkfarm's sales person told me they would bring a propane tank out to service just my pool, took my credit card information, had me sign their contract, and told me to burn the remaining 30% of my 500 gallon tank off so Amerigas could remove it. I contacted them today and was told by the scheduler that since it is just for mu pool, they will not be able to provide me with service. BUYER BEWARE. The employees at this company are great and prices are good, but they let the local provider price gauge me. I was not informed I would have extra charges for "estimated" propane levels on my new tank delivery and they don't even add up. They are more than they should be. Up to that point they were great and I will continue to use them but not happy with the way they handled this. I was told its common practice AFTER the fact. It was just a way to add an unadvertised and undisclosed fee.

This seems to be a bogus company whose sole purpose is to send out SPAM email. Once they have your email address, they bombard you with spam messages. Calling them and clicking on UNSUBSCRIBE does no good. Nor does complaining to the BBB.
