Tanya is very communicative, responsive , resourceful and creative. She’s one of the few who’d answer a client’s call late at night and come up with solutions to any issues and she would not give up on anyone until all means have been exhausted. I am fortunate to have had her go through my own home buying process with me . I know that my friends and real estate clients would be in very capable hands. She was always willing to answer any questions I had and even repeat the answers to me multiple times. She was able to effectively communicate in a way I could understand as a first time home buyer. Tanya brought a level of comfortability to the whole home buying process. She was very detailed, precise and professional. Everything. Tanya made the process of buying a house so easy, everyone I know told me it is a pain in the ass to buy a house and that wasn’t my experience thanks to her. Plus she stayed late on a Friday to get us preapproved so we could get an offer out on the perfect house the next morning. 10/10 perfect service! Thanks again!
