Tanya made sure to be diligent about getting me to sign the necessary documents needed to buy our house. There were times I did not reply in a timely manner and she was very gracious in her next emails reminding me to sign them or inquire about if I had seen them yet. It was helpful to have someone so on top of their duties even when I was not!
