If I had known how easy and painless this experience could be, I would have bought a new house 5 years ago. I can't say enough good things about everyone at BVM. We did almost everything via email and I didn't miss any work. Call BVM now, even if you are just thinking about buying.

Tara and Monica did a fantastic job. When we had issues we securing a loan through Wells Fargo, on short notice Tara got my loan approved and funded in less than 2 weeks so we could keep our original closing date.
