Tara is great at what she does…..This is my second time using her…..she even answered my call when she was in the middle of her own family emergency….She goes above and beyond….. Monica her assistant is perfect to work with….These two make a great team !!!!!!!

The challenges we encountered were out of the control of BVM, but the staff was responsive and accommodating when the challenges arose. I would suggest that in the future if at the signing (which was before my wife's drivers license expired) there is a chance that that expiration could delay the process, we could have used a second identification that day to ensure there were no delays.
Oops, I accidentally hit 2 stars when it should be 6 stars. She was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
