This is our 2nd time using Tara and Big Valley Mortgage. After doing our initial home purchase through Tara, there was no question who to turn to for our refinance. Tara and her team are extremely professional, diligent, and easy to work with. We had tons of questions along the way with our unique circumstances, and she was ever patient throughout the process. Tara was referred to us by the realtor who sold us our house. We were looking to do a refi since the rates had dropped. I actually contacted 4 different mortgage brokers and Tara, after our initial conversation, was the only one who followed-up with us.
