As everyone knows buying a house is not easy. Is a very complicated process and stressful at times. My process wasn’t the exemption, I have rough days but at the end everything work out. Thanks to my loan officer that was by my side through this process I was able to get my first home.

If you are buying a house you must use Tara Sacco from Contour Mortage. Tara walked me through the entire process step by step with a smile. I had many issues trying to buy my house and she was always there for me. She returned every call and email promptly even when she wasn’t on the clock. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She treated me like I was an old friend. Tara even came to the closing when she didn’t have to. Tara is the best.

We were fortunate enough to have Tara as our mortgage loan officer for both of our major purchases. Tara first helped us buy our co-op in 2016. We were completely new to the whole process and could not have done it without her patience and support. As a first time homebuyer i was afraid to say the least but tara made me feel at ease and comfortable the minute we met she was ivery forth coming with all and helped through whole prcess always there to answer any and all question i would come up with, im satisfied and appreaciative for all she did for me and my family i would recommend her to all ..!! It is not in my character to write about anything mediocre; so I don't write many reviews. Tara is an exception. Tara knows her job, and knows it well. That being said, I never had to remind her to do anything. As a woman myself who is organized and prepared, she was always two steps ahead of me. I encourage anyone who wants a seamless process for their mortgage, specifically with time constraints to contact Tara immediately. Tara is a professional, who never falls short. Highly recommended.

Tara was recommended to me through a family member. She helped me get approved for a mortgage quickly and flawlessly while also taking the time to sit down and explain anything and everything I needed to know. She helped me make calls and keep up with brokers, attorneys, etc. And was always very knowledgable and friendly. I have already recommended her to a few friends and plan to continue to do so. My experience with her has been excellent all around!
