this is one of the best doctors offices. You can visit in the DFW area. today I saw a lady working there by the name of Alicia. She was so professional so kind and so good at her job. Someone came in and was not so nice to her. They were having a rough day. She responded so kindly so professionally told them it would be OK and help them despite of them not being kind to her. I was really impressed by one of your schedulers, I believe her name is Clarissa. She was very helpful and courteous! She got my mom scheduled quickly and was very patient with her. I usually have to take over when my mom tries to make appointments herself because some people can get frustrated with her and just be downright rude but Clarissa was the total opposite of that! I gave 5 stars just for that reason only, hoping her appointment goes smoothly as well!
Tarrant Neurology has been a silver lining during this truly tough time in my life. I am so very grateful for Dr. Kadiwala, Allison and Diego. A wonderful Doctor and his excellent team who are committed to helping me. I can’t thank you enough.
i’ve been coming here for a year now and i honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. i had to be switched to a different neurologist as i receive botox since Dr. Chin retired. him and his receptionist were great and always friendly. however, i have not had this same experience with Dr. Mehrota’s receptionist. i’m always having issues with this specific receptionist. i don’t know if she simply doesn’t like that job but she’s not helpful. if i call and need assistance 9/10 i have to leave a voicemail and i rarely get a ... read more
The staff is so courteous and helpful. Im always seen without much waiting. I feel that my Dr. Is patient and always listens to me. My care has always been wonderful .
