As always the customer service was exceptional. The staff was courteous, professional, helpful and kind. Dr. Poon is the best doctor I have ever had. She is receptive, listens, responds with empathy and cares deeply about the care of her patients. She is always available to answer questions. I actually enjoy my visits here! I leave feeling informed, prepared to improve my health and supported.

The front office was very friendly and professional. Dr. Chunduri was awesome. Very friendly and personable. He went into great detail interviewing me and getting a good background of who I am. He was not hurried and was very thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I saw the doctor and my appointment went well, he is very knowledgeable. He Walked me out not even looking at me. I said thank you twice and didn’t get a response from him or anyone around. 🤷♀️ I wonder what is the definition of customer service there!
I really like Dr. Poon. It was my first visit, she was very kind and knowledgeable. She asked me questions and really took the time to understand my situation, ordered my testing. Loved her bedside manner. She answered my questions and took her time with me. I definitely, highly recommend her.
