I was a couple of minutes early. Sat down in the waiting room, almost 2 minutes and the receptionist called me right back to the consultation room. Sat there for almost 3 minutes and Dr Poon walked right in! Dr Poon is one of the most kind and compassionate doctors that I have ever seen! We talked for almost 15 minutes and she asked me all the important questions. The new office is much more convenient for me and her staff is exceptional! I look forward to seeing everyone in about 6 months! Thank you Dr Poon!
Great place. I feel like they listen and take the time to understand how you feel. That is important. They work with you and don't just prescribe meds. I've referred them to my closest friends. Dr. Kadiwala was a blessing to me.
My experience here was very positive. Their friendly staff checked me in as soon as I arrived. My wait was very short. I saw Dr Chalil and his PA Cat and they were very professional. Extremely informative and shared a plan during my first visit. I feel very confident in their are.
The staff was extremely courteous and I was seen at exactly my appt time. Jennifer Bruce, Dr Chennu’s PA was so very knowledgeable and treated me very well. Dr Chennu was also in my appt and she was also very nice and helpful!
As always, the staff is of the utmost! So nice and willing to laugh and share a smile when you need it. The Dr's are amazing and really care for your health needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs this service, amd Dr.Venti is so incredible!!!
