I have had real trouble with the communication here. I signed up months ago and a payment plan still hasnt been established. My last one proposed is in deliberative status and it was supposed to be followed up on last Wednesday. I can never seem to get ahold of my advocate. I was supposed to hear some more information last Wednesday and its been a week later. Im really concerned.
