Very polite and caring service representative while on the phone
I want to express my sincere gratitude to BB for his exceptional assistance throughout my tax process. He provided clear and concise explanations, actively listening to my concerns and questions, even when I tended to ramble. BB's prompt responses to my calls and emails were greatly appreciated, but what truly stood out was his genuine commitment to my best interests. He made me feel valued and supported throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be more thankful for his expertise and dedication.
