Representative was excellent and answered my questions quickly and efficiently yet with a caring attitude.
I must say ******************************* customer service level is excellent. He made me feel like I have nothing to worry about. And I can't say I have felt that way about all my interactions with TaxRise.
My case manager has very poor communication skills but I did receive a call to rectify the issue and if it does will upgrade my review
