I made the phone call because I was concerned about a letter I received from the **** I was directed to talk with ****. **** was very cordial with his instructions, and assured me that I need not worry about the letter and to send him a copy. **** did a great job and was accommodating because my payment was due in a couple of days, and I was not prepared to pay it.
