I have been helped very quickly and promptly every time I called in or had a question some of the items that I was told at the beginning of this whole procedure are not happening the way that I was told they would at present person that is in charge of my case is working on the problems that we're having I haven't heard anything yet other than that I'd give them a fair rating right now as to the professionalism and trying to deal with everything going on thank you
