It was a little rough midways through but towards the end everything is going well

I had begun the process with Tax Rise and had to stop before the initial account investigation was about to begin due to financial strains **** took my request to cancel, and I made an appointment with ******* from customer will put my phone on hold until I can begin the service. I feel as if they truly listen to my concerns or needs even though I meant not completing the process them. Thank you for the help.

I just started working with TaxRise about a week ago, but they have been great so far. Solid plans are in place for my case, and customer service is super-responsive to my questions (of which I've already had several) and very quick in getting back to me with answers. It's been a pleasure working with them so far.
This has been a lengthy process but Tax Rise has been great at keeping *** informed as my case has gone through the system. They are very patient with me, nicely reminding me of what I should do next. They are the most polite of any customer service providers that I've ever had to work with.
