My whole journey with tax rises was a great one. At first when I was contacted, I was skeptical about it. Thinking I would be scammed out of money I did have. Everyone who I spoke with was very helpful. From the initial start to the end. ******* got me started and then ********* & the final person to complete this chapter was Vin. Do not hesitate to contact them. If you received these 3 persons, you got 3 of the best. Thanks

Although they did what they said, their communication needs to be better. They say they will call you back and you end up having to call them back. Dealing with the *** is stressful but they don't get it right until you start getting annoyed and that's not good.

I allowed Tax Rise to help me with my back taxes. The agent was so convincing. Im a disbled, retired teacher and the agent knew that. I told him I have to go to ********* for assistance. I paid $500.00 to initiate filing. I am paying a monthly and more than I can afford. I can't afford to be over drafted in my checking account every month. Please help me. I need to stop this madness!
