**** was patient, clearly answered my questions and explained where we are with my case and where we are going.After being challeneged by a family memeber who was doubtful of my decision to pay the $21K fee to Tax Rise......telling me that "you should have jusat given that $ to the **** ....I felt bettr about my decision after the phone conference with ****.
