I was skeptical at first , I didnt know what to expect . I was told to pay upfront or I can choose the payment plan in order for them to start the process . They told me it could take up to several months for the process to be complete . They also told me that I was protected under them from the *** while the process is taking place . The front line customer service was and is courteous and eager to help direct me to the full capacity of their expertise however I am still not satisified with the follow through and complete resolution of my case status and Taxrise -bearing in mind they are still working on my case I think within a month or so I will be able to definitely report on their services
