Five stars for helping an elderly client come to a resolution after two years. Taxrise in general needs better project management, client service/open communication, communication on process and timing needed. Needs to be more responsive with email communication. Spent the first year just reaching out and no movement on case. It was frustrating. After the first year, client service improved with **************************** and ***** providing more care and communication.
