***** worked with me to resolve the concern of a W-2 for my husband. Which hasn't worked since December of 2021. He indicated that was not necessary . He was also looking for a **** for 2021 & 2022.***** was able to assist me in determining what documents were still required. ***** was very patient , kind and gave me great assistance..

The customer service representative that I spoke with with tax rise is at all time awesome she took her time to explain details pertaining to my case and made sure that I understood everything that was going on and what was going to happen prior to us releasing each other from the phone.
