It is a lengthy process, but I was informed from the beginning that it would take several months to get my tax issues resolved. I owe a significant amount of money to the *** and since the day that I hired Taxrise, back around October 2023, I have not received any more harassing or threatening letters from the ***. The Taxrise employees that I have worked with so far have been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very clear about what they could do for me, and did just that. They were also very quick to respond to my questions and took their time until I was satisfied.
