In our experience the initial explanation of how the process flows was not that clear. We didnt understand that our case would flow through different departments and this have a new contact person. Once we got someone on the phone they were helpful in explaining where we were in the process.
Amswered my questions in a perfessonal manner and undertood what I was asking for.
I've been happy with Taxrise except its been difficult to know who my contact person is because they keep changing. I called Taxrise today & had an excellent experience. I wish Taxrise would have called me or emailed me with an update on my case instead of me having to call them. But overall I'm a satisfied customer!
So happy with the resolution that Taxwise negotiated for me. That have truly blessed me with their diligence and hard work.
The gentleman who responded to my call was very helpful and checked my case to see what was needed. He updated the case to have someone call me back to assist me with completing the profile. Did not catch his name.
