Mine was a bit complicated, but they worked hard for me, specifically *************************, their associate who was assigned my case and he did an outstanding job! Trust them. Work with them and follow their advice exactly as its given and hopefully you will have an excellent outcome- I definitely did!
Things were iffy for about 4 months. I had paid them in full, but was having trouble uploading the information they wanted. So, they said email it to my contact there. I did, but he was having trouble with his email. I called and talked with another person and they had me send it to their email. Anyway, things kept going round and round. Finally I got an email from another person stating that they were my new case manager. From there it was smooth sailing and I got everything resolved with the **** What a relief.
