Updated review-----9/18/17. A year and a half ago I could barely walk down my drive way let alone dream of walking the Air Force 10K. But this last weekend I completed that 10K. With the help of Dr Teague this was possible! Thank you Sir for helping me fulfill the promise we made to get me moving again!
I happened upon him by accident was very skeptical at first but now it's part of back regiment when I'm not too much of a hard head to go
