The New Horizons Computer Learning Center is a fantastic place to start your IT career. I recently began taking classes through New Horizons and have had a pleasant experience. It has been challenging in all the right ways, and I look forward to taking what I've learned here and applying it to what I intend on being a fruitful IT career in due time. I stumbled across new Horizions at the Emerge Americas Tech conference and decided to look further into their programs. I’m so glad I took a chance on their Network Security course! I did not have a prior background in tech so the pace of the information was a bit challenging but I was able to learn enough to land my first tech job by the end of the course thanks to Ms. Ary who was adamant about distributing my resume to the right companies! I appreciate the efforts of all the Teachers and staff!

The classes that I took at New Horizons helped me to pursue my career in IT. Because of their help I was able to obtain certification for the CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Azure before classes ended. After classes have ended, the employment assistance office at New Horizons has been extremely helpful by staying in contact with job opportunities and helping with my resumé. I would like to personally thank Luis Barreiros and Ary Cardona for all of their help.

New Horizons Computer Learning Center is a great place for learning IT. Since my enrollment a few months ago, i have earned three IT certifications. The Instructors are very knowledgeable and the staff is very helpful and always willing to assist with student development.

What is career services? Career services often include practical help for students ready to enter the job market. This includes assistance with developing interviewing skills. A career service staff member may offer assistance through a seminar or a one-on-one session. Well I wanna Mrs. Dee is exceptional to these standards! She goes out her way to make sure she speak and help everyone that walk through those doors. She motivates you and pushes you to come to class even when you don’t want to. Dee Poyner has a very glowing and helpful aura about her. She takes her job very seriously, she is quick and straightforward but she doesnt lose the human element of being able to connect to students. She is a highlight of the New Horizon experience
