Not what we were expecting - but what a charming place this is! Not a huge place - we sat at a small booth near the open kitchen. The grilled cheese and tomato soup were fantastic and the reuben was the best we'd had in DC (not the best ever, but the best one on this DC trip). The boozy milkshakes were delicious and the service was outstanding. It was my husband's birthday so they brought him a complimentary housemate pop tart - it was fantastic! If I lived in DC I would order these by the dozen.
Food and service were top notch. Restaurant isn’t fancy looking inside but don’t let the appearance of the well worn atmosphere deter you. It’s obvious this place has served a lot of amazing meals. The staff have it down pat and are very welcoming. We will return on our next trip to DC. The Reuben Tacos were the highlight but all the food we ordered was amazing. Kids chicken and broccolini was honestly adult worthy in taste.
Best brunch in DC-- definitely make reservations for the weekend as the wait will be tough.
Great food! Had the chicken noodle soup and cornbread which was amazing! Husband had the fish and chips .. also very good! Love Teds Bulletin.
Beautiful tuna bowl! Lots of choices. The tablet on the way out of the door in the bakery case and the oatmeal pie were outstanding!
Great dinner and even better sercice for my family of 5. Manager went ablve and beyond by walking to nearby store to get soft drinks my kids requested that they didnt have. My wife and I were shocked and our kids were happy. Very rare to get that kind of service anymore. All the apps and food were great and a break from "bar" food while on our DC trip. I will make sure to eat there again and tell everyone going to DC to try Ted's out.

Delicious shakes, desserts, and breakfast foods. Big portions. An amazing atmosphere. + Service was fast and friendly.
Food was great as always. My eggs came out perfectly as over medium. My husband's over easy were a little overdone despite him verifying with the waitress that they would be runny. The blueberry pancakes were very good also.
