I don’t know whether the server didn’t enter the orders correctly or the kitchen ignored things. But the guest with a dairy allergy received a salad with cheese on it and the French fries did not arrive with the entree. The chicken on the salad was bland. My husband never got his latte. So less than impressive.
The demand here is high. We were #3 on wait list. It was over an hour wait. Food was very worth the wait and our waiter was too notch!
Delicious food, fabulous service and a beautiful restaurant! This is our second time at the One Loudoun location and it is our new favorite place for any kind of dining.
The venue just opened. The area has great parking. The restaurant has a great feel, the food was good. You would anticipate some hiccups from it just opening but the staff was great.
For just the second week of operation, this Ted’s Bulletin is doing really well. Even in a busy Saturday. Good service. Good food. I am sure it’s refining processes every day. Will keep going back.
Running very behind. Seated almost an hour after our reservation.
Dirty slippery floors…breakfast was ok but pricey. Better breakfast options available at One Loudoun.
This was our first visit to this location and it’s lovely decor. I’m not a fan of the taking the order on a tablet thing - seems to take much longer. Server was fine but seemed distracted. Had to ask a manager for more coffee and he said was pleasant and chatty. I had avocado toast and the poached eggs weren’t drained properly so there was water all over plate. The others in party were happy with chicken and biscuits. Served asked if we wanted dessert (Sunday morning at 10:30?).
Our group was seated an hour after our reservation time and were told conflicting things from different hosts about when we were getting seated. They seated everyone standing except for us and there were open tables that we were not seated in. The food was good and felt very clean, the decor inside was also really nice. The service is where they lacked and need some additional training as it was not organized and no one was communicating to each other.
