First time there. Impressed with entire experience!
Fabulous Monday night dinner out! Food, drinks and service were all great!
Our server was nice and attentive. He did not inform us that it was the last night before changing menus and some items were not available. When ordering, I was told the entree was not available. The same for my backup selection. I then took the server’s recommendation for the Mexican Street salad. The carne asada was cooked as ordered. The salad, however, was overdressed with way too much dressing. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good enough to make me want to go back.
Ted’s is always a great spot for us to go for dinner out! The food is so yummy, always hearty and comforting, and the service is excellent! Our server, Brenda, was so caring and attentive without being pushy or overbearing. She paid perfect attention to our drinks and was wonderful!
Good breakfast place! Quite crowded this morning but everything was good.
We tried the famous pop tarts. Strawberry was the best. Everyone tried something different and all meals were great.
We usually go for breakfast or lunch, but had a very nice dinner. Food was nicely flavored and presented. Good service. A pleasant evening.
Overall the environment and experience was positive. However, the entrees came out prior to us finishing our appetizers. This made us feel rushed, crowded the table, and left our entrees slightly warm by the time we ate. Also, there was a lack of pre-bussing the table, even though there were many staff passing by the table. . In order to make space we needed to place our dishes on an adjacent table.
Food was good, and table service was excellent. But most other factors were unpleasant. It was noisy and way overcrowded. Service was marked down because service at the front desk was terrible. I arrived about 10 minutes before the reservation time and 15 minutes before my companion, checked in, and when they said the table was ready, they refused to seat me until my companion arrived.
