No stars is not an option. My dog has been a patient of this clinic for several years. Yesterday he hurt himself while playing in the snow. He could not walk. It was very upsetting. I called ahead and went right in. There was no greeting for my dog. No "what happened buddy?". No "oh my god lets get him fixed up.". Quite frankly they spelled his name completely wrong...Dunkin instead of Duncan. Small issue and at the time the least of my worries. In the end it should have been an indicator.
