This mortgage process was very transparent. At each step I was assisted and the mortgage broker was extremely visible which made me feel very comfortable that my file was being processed. The signing of my refinance was very quick because the documents were sent to me ahead of time for me to review.

Terence and his team made our refinance process easy! We were able to complete all of the steps virtually. We met with Terence and told him what we were looking to accomplish and he made it happen. Chris jumped in and made sure that we submitted all of the required documentation and that we electronically signed all of the forms. She even connected us with an insurance agent who was able to secure us a less expensive insurance policy that provided more coverage. That alone is saving our family $400 a year!
