Teresa was great through this entire process. As we were dealing with a very difficult and frustrating situation with under-value evaluations with the VA - Teresa did her best to explain everything to me in detail and look at every possible scenario. Everyone at BankSouth has been fantastic - from the start of the land loan - to the construction loan phase, and finally the construction to refi. The tools were very convenient and easy to understand. The BankLabs tool is amazing!
