MY wife and I call Teresa Downey to ask some questions about a REFI. She answered all our questions and the next day we had a full plan in place to refinance our home. In a few days, she called to let us know that our Credit Scores were excellent and we could probably close in two weeks. We set up the appointment with our local Attorney's Office and it was done. No problems what so ever and we didn't have to make another high-cost home mortgage payment. We enjoyed working with everyone.

Teresa was great through this entire process. As we were dealing with a very difficult and frustrating situation with under-value evaluations with the VA - Teresa did her best to explain everything to me in detail and look at every possible scenario. Everyone at BankSouth has been fantastic - from the start of the land loan - to the construction loan phase, and finally the construction to refi.
