Positive: Teresa's team was kind and communicative, returning emails after-hours. Neg: loan amount changed once, but we received extra notifications to complete items we had already done, pretty sure these were automated. For closing, we requested an 11am time slot, were told by her team that it was set for 2pm, and then as we were making arrangements with our bank to wire money a few days before, we received a notification that everything would happen at 11am. Could've been a little smoother.

No one can really explain the amount of stress that comes with looking for and buying a new house. Teresa and her team made us feel like family and helped us throughout the process. Would highly recommend! Five stars!
