Corner of Westminster hwy and no.1 road at the edge of Terra Nova subdivision, parking access is easy from both roads. It has save-on food, dollar store, bank, coffee shop, plus few eateries. Good neighborhood mall. It keeps clean and usually sufficient parking for most of the time.

Poor parking as stalls are too tight with speed bumps tall enough to scrape bottom of car.
