I always enjoy my visits. Dr. Poole and the staff are always so personable. They notice you on arrival and say hello. They try to ensure you have the same hygienist during each visit which results in you building a rapport with the hygienist and them knowing you & your hygiene care. I have been a patient for over 30 years. and have recommended family and friends.
Everyone in this office is very professional and make you feel so welcomed. I recently had a tooth extracted by Dr. Shawn Bell. He and Christina (apologize if I got her name wrong) were the greatest. I had childhood dental trauma and it raised up. I explained this to Dr. Bell and they worked with me to make the process go forward. He explained what was going on with the tooth, every step that was going to happen. Dr.Poole and staff are great . The front desk to the Hygenis very professional ,they really care about how you look . would not good anywhere else.
I was so glad to be able to could back to this dentist. My job changed dental insurance a while ago and they didn't accept my new one. Now they do and I am so glad. The horror I went through with this other dentist was surreal. But I am back and sooooo glad. Everyone is just as friendly and professional as they were when I was here before.
