Terri was such a delight to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, compassionate, and communicative. Even after closing, she continues to be of service, always answers the phone, talks things through, and gets answers even if its not easy. I am so grateful for her expertise and her willingness to go above and beyond.
It had been a long time since my wife and I went through a home purchase so naturally we had questions. Terri was great at explaining each step along the way and answered any questions we had. She continually went above and beyond to ensure everything was in our best interest. Terri truly cares for the well-being of her clients.
This was a much easier process than I thought in large part to Terri! She made everything easy and relatively quick ;)

She was able to answer any questions that we had this was our first home and she really went out of her way to help us understand how the loan works and how we factor in home insurance and utilities. We have never done this before and she truly made the experience less stressful
