Terry is GREAT, I would change nothing about him being our loan service officer and he was able to get things done in a timely and professional manner; however, underwriting was very obviously not taking a look at what we had already uploaded to the document portal and we had to specify some of the documentation that had already been uploaded multiple times. I think that this part of the loan processing should be taken a look at.

This was an unusual property that my clients were purchasing and Terry was on top of everything before it became a problem. His years of experience saved the deal and my clients are in their new home. Oh, and he had the clear to close a week early.
