Absolutely the worst dermatologist in town! My initial interaction with him was met by his constant interruptions, lacked listening to the reason I came to see him and his flagrant disregard to my needed treatment. He basically recommended OTC hyperpigmentation treatments and nothing more. Never again....
Use this guy for years. Will never go back. He hired a group out of Austin to manage his office and billing. They failed to notify customers they increased their pricing. Believe the new group over charges the insurance company and bullies customer to pay remainder. Never use this guy. Looks like he retiring
I was referred to Dr. Jones by my primary physician to have a small epidermal cyst removed. Dr. Jones took about 30 seconds to look at it and told me yet that what it is and it was not infected. If I wanted it removed then he'd refer me to a surgeon--which did not make sense. I thought this was something that dermatologist handled. He was brusque and in a hurry to move me along. I will not be going back to him.
Absolutely terrible. Dr. Jones sold his practice. He is only there every few weeks. New PA Brant Danley runs the place. He is extremely rude and ignorant. Was a patient for over 13 years with previous PA. This place has gone downhill. Don’t waste your time and money.
