I have been going to Dr. Jones for a number of years. He has always answered my questions and treated my many problems with care, and when the few times he couldn't help me, sent me to someone who could. I have always found him to be sympathetic and caring. Have never had any problems with scheduling and his staff has been friendly and courteous. Have never had a longish wait for appointments.
I recently had a visit with Dr. Jones. I was a little nervous already because of my condition that brought me here. His office staff was very nice. Dr. Jones could tell I was nervous and he quickly put my mind at easy, answering all of my questions. I was not rushed through my appt., and he explained everything to me as he did what needed to be done. He asked me afterward if I had any more questions or concerns and did not rush to get me out the door. I have a follow up in 2 weeks.
I was able to make an appointment to quicker with Dr. Jones than the other place I called. The receptionist was very attentive. Dr. Jones sat down in the chair when he came into the room and listened to what my problem was. My problem resolved within two weeks. Highly recommend.
Was a patient for over 13 years, saw new PA Brant Danley. Very very rude and ignorant. Don’t waste your time and money. Dr. Terry Jones is only in the office every several weeks, he sold his practice.
