Diane and I had a wonderful time with great food. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Arrangements were made (by the staff) to have a singing waiter come by and sang a absolutely beautiful anniversary Italian song. He brought tears to our eyes. Thank you very much, we will return. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Had two early bird special filet mignon’s cooked perfectly with tender asparagus and onion. Added a baked potatoes that was also great. The early bird started off with a salad and included dessert. We had a sundae and their coconut lemongrass sorbet that was fantastic! Nick waited on us and provided excellent service. Definitely will be back when visiting in Reno.
Best tender New York strip I ever had.....It was more tender than a Filet Mignon
Loved the menu and the wine list was extensive. Mike our waiter was top notch. Lasagna was great
Missed the Italian flair and restaurant ambience. Tables were not open in the heart of the restaurant. Felt like we were eating in the hallway. I understand La Strada was recently sold. Too bad. It was our favorite restaurant in Reno.

We always come here when we come to town. We were sad we missed Mike. We love talking with him and his help with wines. He’s amazing. Our people this time we’re great too.

Was disappointed that the garlic bread was burnt and breadsticks dry. Had mentioned it was my husbands 70th birthday when I made reservation. No acknowledgment from the hostess or server. Disappointing why bother asking if it is a special occassion.

Veal Ossobucco with saffron risotto was Eccellente! Prosciutto Wrapped Prawns appetizer very good (4 large smoke-flavored shrimp.) Our server Andrew was attentive and made our dinner experience thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommend, only downside $$$$ entrees!
