Good value on menu. Early bird menu is a great bargain. Every selection that we have made has been outstanding.
Such a great place for dinner! Love everything here. The food, the service, the ambience. We drive two hours to eat here and always come for our birthdays and anniversary.
Unfortunately, my husband and I had a VERY sub-par meal. We normally love La Strada, but this last dining experience was not a good one. The ONLY upside was the always fantastic, professional and personable service provided by Alecsandar. We each had Caesar salad, veal picatta, and the mushroom ravioli. The salads were thoroughly drenched with dressing, rendering them disgusting. In addition to the expected Parmesan cheese, there was unexpected Feta cheese in them! Yuck. The service we received during our dinner at La Strada was outstanding! Our waiter and his helper were very attentive and dishes came out timely. I ordered the spaghetti Carbonara and the sauce was delicious but the pasta was undercooked even for being aldente. My husband ordered the ravioli and it was delicious. The house salad and breads were also very tasty. When I mentioned the undercooked pasta, the waiter responded by giving us a tiramisu dessert on the house. I usually love Roxys but this was not a great visit. First off the Prix Fixe special is only Monday through Thurs so everything was ala carte and expensive. My halibut didn't have a lot of seasoning and was dry. The server's helper kept trying to take our plates and glasses when we were still eating and drinking.
